Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (pre-loved and vintage electronics), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped. What we do instead is carefully test each unit and provide video proof before shipping, so you can see it working as it leaves our hands.

We always pack with extra care to help it reach you safely. In the rare event that something isn't right upon arrival, please contact us right away with photos or videos so we can find a fair solution together. 

⚠︎ Important: To help us review your case fairly, we'll need an uncut unboxing video from the moment you receive the package, clearly showing the issue. Please review all photos, descriptions, and test shots carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions before checkout, we’re happy to assist!


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
