Orders

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! You can place your order directly through our website – just add your camera or accessory to the cart and check out. This keeps everything smooth and ensures your chosen item is reserved just for you ♡ If you’d like to reach out first, no worries – we’re always here to help!

What happens after I check out an item?

After you check out, payment instructions will be sent to your email. Please complete your payment and send us the proof so we can verify it and secure your order. Just a note: checking out alone doesn’t reserve the item — it’s only secured once payment is received ♡ Once confirmed, we’ll prepare your package and send you updates until it’s shipped!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash and bank transfer for local, and Remitly for International (manual payments)

Can I reserve a camera before the drop?

We don't usually do early reservations, but when we do open early dibs for special drops, you'll want to be following @gibby.snaps to catch the news first!

What if I want to buy a camera but can’t pay in full right away?

No problem at all! You can reserve a camera with a 30% down payment and pay the rest within 24–48 hours. Need more time? Just let us know – we're happy to work something out with you! Downpayment is non-refundable, and if we don't hear back within the timeframe we agreed on, we'll have to reopen the camera for others. Can I cancel my order?

We get it—sometimes plans change! However, once your order is placed, we immediately allocate your camera to you and mark it as sold, so we're unable to accept cancellations. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us right away and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

How soon do you ship?

We fulfill orders within 3–5 business days, but most of the time, we ship the next day! You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way!

Where do you ship from?

All items ship from the Davao City, Philippines 8000, carefully packed and secured.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide via FedEx. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. For shipping rates, please visit this link.

How long does shipping take?

Local shipping (PH) usually takes 5–7 business days, though Mindanao & Visayas orders sometimes arrive earlier. International orders normally take 5–7 business days, but this may vary depending on the courier and customs clearance.

What courier do you use?

For local orders (PH), we ship via J&T Express. Each order is packed in an extra-small box (up to 4kg) with layers of bubble wrap for added safety. For international orders, we ship via FedEx – fast, reliable, and complete with tracking. Visit this link to learn more about our shipping rates.


Need it faster?

Davao/within city: Same-day delivery via Maxim or Grab. 

Metro Manila: Rush shipping via Philippine Airlines Flight Cargo for same-day delivery. Note: This requires advance scheduling—we'll book your cargo flight for the soonest available date, subject to availability. Please contact us first and let us know when you need your camera or if you have a specific delivery date in mind, as we need time to prepare cargo documentation. Additional Fee: ₱1,500

Products, Quality & Care

Are the cameras brand new? What is your price range?

Most of our cameras are preloved/vintage Y2K units. Each piece is tested before shipping to ensure it’s fully functional. We sometimes get brand new units for more recent models, and for vintage ones, there are rare cases where we source brand new old stock (NOS).


What is your price range?

Our prices vary based on the model, condition, and sourcing cost of each camera. Most tested and working digicams start at ₱8,499, though we occasionally have select units available in the ₱4,000+ range. Premium models—including rare finds, complete boxed sets, pristine condition units, and limited editions—are priced higher to reflect their collectibility and condition. We work hard to keep our pricing fair and reasonable, reflecting each camera's true market value and condition! ♡

What’s included and what’s covered?

Every order comes complete with a battery, memory card, case, cleaning cloth, and freebies. Chargers are included whenever possible — some cameras still have their original charger, while others come with a replacement clip charger.


For cameras that use AA rechargeable batteries, no charger is included, but compatible chargers are easy to find online. Some cameras also come with their original box, which will be noted in the listing.

Because our cameras are vintage treasures, we’re not able to offer long-term warranties. What we do instead is carefully test each unit and provide video proof before shipping, so you can see it working as it leaves our hands. We always pack with extra care to help it reach you safely ♡

Are sample shots provided?

Yes! Each listing has test shots.

Can I request a camera for sourcing?

Yes! Just let us know the model, color, and details you’d like us to find. We’ll share source photos once available, with the final condition confirmed once it's in our hands.

Full payment is required upfront. ETA is around 2–3 weeks (sometimes up to a month).

Refunds & Resolutions

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because our cameras are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we don't offer traditional returns or warranties. That said, every camera is carefully tested and documented with photo/video proof before shipping—giving you complete transparency and confidence in your purchase ♡

What if my camera arrives with issues?

We pack every order with care, and we're here to help if anything comes up. In the rare event something isn't right upon arrival, please contact us right away with photos or videos so we can find a fair solution together ♡

⚠︎ Important: To help us review your case fairly, we'll need an uncut unboxing video from the moment you receive the package, clearly showing the issue.
