Terms and Conditions

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱). We accept GCash and bank transfer locally, and Remitly for international orders. Full payment is required before we ship. Reservations require a 30% down payment, with the balance due within 24–48 hours. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

All cameras are pre-loved unless marked brand new. Each unit is personally tested, and any quirks are disclosed upfront — no surprises. Photos are of the actual item, so please check them carefully. Minor signs of wear (light scratches, small scuffs) are expected and do not affect functionality.

Local orders ship via J&T Express (5–7 business days). International orders ship via FedEx (5–7 business days, depending on customs). Tracking is always provided. Shipping fees and customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. Once shipped, the item is in the courier's hands — we pack with care, but cannot be liable for transit issues.

Each camera is curated, tested, and documented before it leaves us. We don't offer returns or exchanges, but if something isn't right upon arrival, reach out right away with an uncut unboxing video. We'll review and work with you on a fair resolution.

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. Handle your camera with care — damage from misuse or accidents isn't covered. We'd love for you to test it as soon as it arrives, and if anything feels off, just send us that unboxing video.

Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from the use or misuse of our products.

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect once posted on our site.
